We have pitched on a perfect place for our holiday! A+ service, everything is perfect. We stayed at the hotel for 4 days in January and it's not crowded at that time and the evenings are a bit windy (this is not the hotel's fault). Pools at the hotel have warm water and very comfortable.

I was nervous due to some reviews but this hotel exceeded my expectations. My husband and i spent 8 nights here and I would absolutely stay again. They have amazing friendly staff. Always willing to help. Cleanliness is top notch they are literally cleaning every day. They have multiple night clubs but being on the 7th floor we heard zero noise from them, the beds were soooo comfy. My husband is working in fujairah on a year contract so we will definitely be back to stay at this same resort again. It's got great distance to every thing you need. Walk to the beach drive to the mall or fort anything you need. Even their room service is 24/7 so even in the middle of the night they deliver happy smiling.. I honestly can't say enough good things about this hotel. 11/10
