The staff are very friendly, resourceful and welcoming right from security, maintenance , reception to top brass management staff. I felt so at home with service that I was essentially on first name basis with most- Sizani, Angeline, Subash Swaraj, Rabi, Cris, Ramon, Washington, Geoffrey and the list goes on! truly excellent service. I was was provided with excellent attentive care, and given a lot of general advice and information to help me navigate my stay in RAK. The claypot restaurant had some excellent food , the breakfast and the breakfast was great. The huddle bar is an authentic hangout! The manager of the bar, Sylvia was very proactive in ensuring customer satisfaction. ( She is also an excellent pool player, I enjoyed many losses!). Definitely coming straight back here on my next visit to RAK. Kudos!

Very good breakfast, but as a suggestion, since we are talking about a luxury property, the choices in deli need to be the same. Not mortadella, but things like bresaola, prosciuto or cured meats. Rest was perfect!
