Family running this hotel was very friendly and helpful, they made us feel welcomed and safe. The breakfast was great, beds were very comfy, aircon worked well. The location is excellent, just 2mins walk to the beach. The hotel is on the calm side of Ksamil, so no partying next to us during the night. Would highly recommend.

This is a very clean, new and well decorated hotel. The beds are very comfortable with great linen. It is in a central area near the beach and shops. There is a view of the sea past the buildings in front but still good. The standout for us was Dorella (and her parents). Dorella spoke English and nothing was too much trouble. We just had to ask, including anything we needed in the room (iron, champagne glasses), quotes from taxi drivers, advice on restaurants etc.The breakfast had a good selection and was tasty and fresh. The pool is very clean and a good size. We would come back!

We had a wonderful time at this hotel! The service was excellent, especially from Angela, who gave each guest warm and personal attention and from Tana, who made sure we had everything we needed. I also want to mention Lorence, the waiter at the hotel restaurant, who provided excellent service. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, the design was beautiful, and the hotel includes a great restaurant, a rooftop bar, and a perfect private beach. The food was delicious, and the overall atmosphere was amazing. Highly recommended – we’d love to come back!

Great experience overall. The staff (the whole family) is super friendly and available to anything, they strive to go extra mile with the guests. The Villa is quiet and the guests are very respectful. Bed was comfortable and the room had all we needed. The breakfast includes something different everyday, including as well typical Albanian dishes. The location is strategical in between Ksamil and Sarandë. I definitely recommend this solution to anyone looking for some days in peace and relax.

We had a wonderful stay at Hotel Muze in Ksamil. From the beginning, we were warmly welcomed by Nella. The hotel is new, very clean, and you can see how much effort the owners put into making everything perfect. The breakfast is amazing, with a wide selection of fresh products. The location is excellent, less than 2 minutes from the beach, and there is free parking available. We felt very comfortable and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!
