I liked the original design of the place - bikers style- the owner put a lot of thought into the details. The room was very nice -with a mountains view as promised, private balcony, comfy bed and everything you need for a comfortable stay. Exactly as in the pictures. I liked it very very much. Also, the breakfast was delicious:;)

The registration at the reception was very quick and friendly. The receptionist Philipp gave me full information about hotel and Velden area, that was very helpful. Also he upgrades the room. The room was vey clean and modern, in light colors as I like. I like the bathroom and shower with all nesessary detailes. Also I like slippers that had there own fabric, not like in other hotels. Room had a big balcony to very quet yard, that was surprising in the middle of the town. At breakfast was all that you need, incuding salmon and variety of fruits. The lobby of hotel looks modern, photos enclosed

Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden is a textbook example of top hotel service and a source of inspiration for all hotels developing their luxury offer. The Aquapura SPA Wellness Centre stretches a staggering 3600 square metres and is undoubtedly one of the most prestigious in this part of Europe. A rich offer includes an indoor and outdoor pool, a panoramic sauna in the garden and a relaxation space with water beds and a SPA cinema. Falkensteiner Schlosshotel Velden is absolutely one of the most prestigious hotels within the Falkensteiner portfolio. Similarly to a world-class athlete, it faces the task of beating its own standards and thus retaining its spot among the best in the hotel industry. When we last evaluated the hotel, the Falkensteiner hotel group had only started managing it. Today, it is in peak performance and is ageing almost as well as the finest Bordeaux wines. Where can i start? Breakfast? I am a field service engineer i visit different hotels around Europe, and this is the first one on my top list related to breakfast. Grill vegetables, different types of pies, salty, and sweet.a lot of cooked things, not just non-cooked fast food. Best breakfast i would say. The staff in the recepsion was amazing. They helped me a lot with some post i was waiting from my company, yound blonde ladies and the old curly ladie. Amaizing. Very comfortable beds with real mattresses, not just "soffa" with a small mattress layer ( cheating hotels use this ). They waited for me after 24:00 arrival with clear instructions.
