My name is Michael Lucas, Tatyana is my wife, we came to the hotel from Miami to celebrate a New Year's Eve 2023. We had an unbelievable time. Nicolas Muller - the hotel's food and beverage manager, organized for the guest's of the hotel a fantastic, high quality New Year's Eve party in the rooftop hotel restaurant overlooking the magnificent lake Neuchatel! Though we did not have a reservation for the New Year's Eve celebration which had all been sold out, he managed to accommodate us as well. Nicolas Muller's professionalism has no limits or boundaries, Nicolas is a detail-oriented high-professional with top skills in hospitality management. He can make people happy even in unpredictable situations. Thank you Nicolas, you made us happy on the New Year's Eve 2023 and you make this hotel a better place and we will by all means come back to your hotel again to experience a high level food and beverage service. One of my favorite hotel stays ever. The hotel itself is gorgeous - out of a fairytale. The staff was amazing. The Salavaux/Vully area is so special. We rented a vespa from the hotel and drove around the countryside - and the hotel packed us a picnic lunch of cheese, ham, bread and wine. The staff helped us find the best wineries nearby. We had an incredible dinner at the hotel our first night. I couldn't say enough amazing things about our stay here.
