Everyone and everything here was amazing ! The young lady who checked us in at reception was so nice and helped with all we needed to know about the area .. the guys in the restaurant and the bar also extremely nice .. cocktails were exceptional! Best Negroni I ever had .. absolutely beautiful location

Review for Apartment in Lauterbrunnen We stayed at this apartment in Lauterbrunnen in June this year, and it was absolutely amazing! From the moment we arrived, it felt just like home. The apartment had everything you could possibly think of – from coffee, tea, and milk to even washing powder. The attention to detail was incredible. We especially loved the personal touch from the owners – they welcomed us with delicious Swiss chocolate and a bottle of wine, which made us feel so special and truly appreciated. My family and I loved every minute of our stay and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommended!

To whoever thinking to book this place, don’t judge the room by its picture. In reality the room is way better then the picture !! We book for 2 rooms and the reception giving us a connecting room. We are traveling with a children and this is very valuable to us. The hotel rated 4 stars, but it is underrated, it should be 5 stars. The breakfast is good, hotel staff is superb !!! The room is superb, comfortable, clean and luxurious.

I have stayed on so many 5 stars hotel all over the world, and only two can compare with this experience. What this family do is on a very high level. Just unfortunately I had to run the Eiger Ultra and could not go all in, in Lars’s wine cellar. Food was marvellous. Will come back in the nearest time. Thanks guys.

To start, i cannot find the words to describe the view from the hotel. It was one of the best views i’ve ever seen in my entire life. The hotel is located up in the mountains but it is accessible by car and they provide Free parking lots. We received the check in information before our stay and everything was smooth. The staff are really friendly and professional. All facilities are clean. Although there is no fridge in the room, each floor has a common one where u can put your food and label it. You have also an ironing table to use in the lobby. The last day was sunny so we enjoyed our breakfast outdoors. You can enjoy the walk around the hotel. I loved waking up hearing the bells on the cows. I enjoyed my stay and I would definitely come back. Thank you.

location and staff are perfect, they show very lovely hospitality mindset. i forgot my Prada bag ( with cash and value more than 3000 euro) at the lobby during my trip to Zermatt and have to wait for one night to return to the hotel. staffs kept all of my belonging in a very good condition and kind enough to put my bag at the train station locker due to that day hotel was closed. they even have to pay additional deposit fee for my bag. i would stay here again if I have a chance to visit interlaken next time. location is just right in front the bus station with free interlaken pass that let me enjoy free shuttle service from hotel to interlaken city. highly recommended!!!
