The warm and genuine hospitality of the staff made us feel welcome immediately, as if we were old friends rather than first-time guests. the breakfast, dinner, the bar were amazing. the staff, facilities and the spa were also fantastic. The comforters were out of this world, i never slept so well in my life. This is the first hotel in my entire life I have literally nothing to complain about.

One of the best hostels I've stayed at. It's right next to the bus terminal. The facilities are new. The breakfast with local products is great. The view from the room towards Saas-Fee and the mountain is a dream. The indoor pool was included in the price and it was a great pleasure to go for a swim. It's not very cheap for a bed in hostel but having in mind that breakfast and pool are included in the price plus that it's situated in a famous ski resort, I think that the price is fair. I'll definitely consider this hostel again should I plan a trip to Saas-Fee.
