We had a wonderful stay at Villa Wilen. The location is stunning with beautiful views, the house is very well equipped and comfortable. Everything was perfectly clean and the welcome was warm. An ideal place to relax and enjoy the region. We would be happy to come back!

This hotel seems to be the hub of Giswil. The restaurant was busy both nights. There's a children's playground, & the cutest chickens running around . Location - across the road from the station Very friendly staff I was in a large room in the annex behind the main building

The view is awesome from the rooms. SPA have lot of different saunas , pool outside is also great especially in colder weather , pool also have sauna like feature. Private area near lake with floating structure to sit or jump from Location is good if you 1st time to explore Swiss nature by car. Evening restaurant is good , quite expensive ,but comparable to high quality restaurants we have been in different cities. Staff is friendly !

Hands down the location - up on top of the mountain with miraculous views of Lucern, the Lucern lakes and surrounding areas as well as views of the slopping green farming mountains, and finally the snow cape mountains. All was exceptional, Kempinsky Hotel will surely see us again soon. However the one problem we had, was the problem with the double bed in our room that was disappointing. It is 2 single beds moved together ( terrible) it was however resolved with additional bedding and was slightly more comfortable.It would be good if double beds can be supplied and not single beds just moved together. Furthermore your hotel is one of the best hotels we have stayed in. Thank you and your staff was brilliant.
