Very nice staff, always ready to help foreign visitors despite the language barrier. Very clean, very safe. Spectacular breakfast, everything was tasty. Also the location is great, there's a small retail store to the side, a bank, a tea shop and several places where you can eat.

It's a top class hotel, nothing to complain about. Staff were friendly and helpful. We got a free upgrade when we arrived and the room was really nice. The view was spectacular from the 22nd floor facing the CCTV building. The buffet restaurant had a really good selection of food, and even had a malatang station (you select meat and veges and a chef cooks it for you). The hotel is above a really large mall, but it's all fancy expensive stuff. There is a really fancy chocolate shop maybe 4 times more expensive than NZ! The mall leads directly to a train station, which was very convenient for getting around.

Reminisce of an old era that I could only read and watch old movies about. Charming & romantic. The staff were very attentive and always happy to please the guests. Breakfast items bought from neighborhood stalls and shops offering a taste of what the locals eat for breakfast. In-house costumes available for the guests to dress up in for photo shoots.
