Everything was perfect! We were picked up at the airport and taken to the hotel, and in the morning the transfer back was arranged right on time. The room was clean and comfortable. I would especially like to mention the staff, everyone was very polite and tried to help with everything. For example, when we wanted to order food and drinks through a local app, the staff kindly placed the order for us using their own device. The hotel grounds were also pleasant, and we enjoyed a short walk around the neighborhood :)

I stayed in this hotel during my long layover, the hotel has a great shuttle service from and to the PVG airport. I was traveling solo and I was a bit worried about the logistic part but everything went smoothly. The room was beautiful and big, with all the necessary things. Nice walk in shower, big and comfortable bed. It was quite noisy some moments in the corridor during the night but overall it didn't disturb me much.

The staff was super kind and helpful. The room was clean and the toiletries were superb , shower gel and shampoo smelled fantastic. Hot water and a powerful hairdryer. Room had everything I needed for a handy and comfortable layover.
