Jenny is amazing, once the hotel received my booking, she immediately sent me follow up email and arranged car for us. She always keeps me updated information before arrival and surprisingly she came see me in person even after work. Staff are all helpful too, especially Alyssa, she is always polite, smart and efficient to answer our questions. Well done all team. Five Stars hotel service, 4 Stars hotel price! Staff always surprised us with free drinks and snacks. Highly recommend to stay with Wings New. Location is super convenient.

Everything was central to the hotel and excellent. There are all the toiletries provided to you by the hotel including slippers. Night market and street entertainment nearby. The Sun and Moon Temples were only about 7 minutes easy and Elephant Trunk Hill was about a 15-minute walk Staff was friendly. Great buffet breakfast 630-10 am and free laundry facilities. Small gym facilities.

Great view, big room, fantastic services, especially at the horizon club lounge. Anna Mao in the lounge was very attentive and thoughtful, the glasses are always filled, questions are always answered.Happy hour at the club lounge is not the normal “hors d'oeuvre”, you can basically have dinner there. View from the room is great too! I stayed in 2 shangri-la hotels in this trip but Guilin Shangri-la is next level compared to the other one. We truely enjoy the stay and hoping to come back again.
