We enjoyed the location. Being in the forest and feeling secluded, but close to town was nice. We also liked that we could drive up to the hotel. We loved how pet-friendly the hotel was. Our dogs got a welcome bag of treats when we arrived at our room.

The staff were very professional but friendly and welcoming. The location is perfect for access to the Old Town, shopping and Castle, it’s a one minute walk to the tram that takes two minutes to drop you off in the heart of it all. They quietest hotel we’ve stayed in on our tour of Germany. Room was comfortable, clean, complimentary drinks in the mini bar. Because we opted out of having room service we were given three vouchers to use on drinks at the bar. The window seat is a real asset to the room and has a lovely view. Everything was clean and modern. The decor was very nice with panoramic scenes of Heidelberg in glass that up at night by LED lighting, Given a free coffee at checkout. Couldn’t recommend more highly!

This is the second time we stayed at this hotel. Everything is perfect here. It is indeed the most beautiful hotel we have ever stayed in Germany. It's service is superb and beyond words, from valet parking, to reception, to luggage carrying to the room. They made you feel being treated like they really care about you. It's a great hotel you must stay when you visit Heidelberg.

Very central location, well connected to transport. An easy walk to main attractions and needs. Room overlooking a park and nicely designed. Accessible by elevator - always a plus after a long day out exploring the city or arriving with big luggage. Good soundproofing, comfortable mattress and pillows with additional seating made it a perfect stay!

Nespresso coffee machine in room, but we got some supplies at the supermarket, went to a bakery for delicious coffee and rolls. The kitchenette is well equipped. Decent wine glasses. Excellent restaurants nearby, trams right there, even the S Bahn is within walking distance. The room was very quiet with the latest best technology in air conditioning, lighting and cleverly decorated. Very comfortable bed etc etc. Why can’t all hotels be like this!
