Huge apartment with comfortable bed, well equipped kitchen and beautiful garden. Sadly, we arrived quite late and left early as we were transporting dogs from Albania to the UK but would love to go back when we have more time. Our hosts were really patient and put up with our late arrival (and barking dogs!).

Very quit and comfortable, I really liked that the Rewe is just like one minute , I really liked that they put little treat on the bed (although I didn’t eat because I am Muslim and it has gelatin in it)but I really felt it’s nice ,and the bottle of water water was on the table very excellent, I loved it nothing to complain

From start to finish, our stay was perfect! The breakfast was fantastic, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. The staff deserves special mention, particularly Mr. Müller, who was incredibly kind and attentive to our needs. Even when I wasn't feeling well, they made the best out of the situation and helped is feel comfortable. This level of care is truly rare! The hotel meets all the criteria and even goes beyond expectations. Excellent location (central yet peaceful, right by the forest and across from the zoo), cleanliness, breakfast, kitchen, and fantastic staff. We’re so happy to have found such a wonderful pet-friendly hotel, where all our requests and last-minute issues were handled without hesitation. Thank you!

The staff were amazing and helpful beyond imagination. The hotel is clean and friendly, the team couldn't be more helpful, they got us out of a predicament that could have completely ruined our holiday. I feel we met genuine people who offered only help and friendship without wanting anything in return. This is an awesome boutique hotel. Actually, we were not prepared for the level of service in this hotel. The staff is very nice and helpful. The room is decorated with good taste and is spacious, the bed is very comfortable, and the bathroom is very convenient. In the room, we were welcomed by a small bottle of local sparkling wine in a bucket with ice and a couple of petit fours. There was a Nespresso coffee maker and capsules free to use, a couple of wine bottles, and a minibar. The hotel offered a parking place for a fee. We also dined in the hotel's 2-Michelin-star restaurant, an exceptional 7-course menu dinner. The hotel is located very close to the city center, and a selection of restaurants and bars are nearby. Not far away, you can find the market square with many restaurants surrounding it. Also, there is a shopping street close by.
