Everything!!! Simply every little moment and details were special! The staff from all the sectors performed at high levels their duties, always with their eyes for the details and customs comfort. I liked the apartment very much, it was a beautiful, large, modern, and the area around is beautiful, because there is a lot of tropical plants around the apartment that make a really good atmosphere. The beach is quite close, a couple of steps away. The staff was also very friendly and helpful! ☺️ The location is great, because there are many bars and clubs nearby, especially Mosquito bar where you can dance Latin dances, it is only about 7min away and it is really great!☺️

The staff were pleasant and friendly. Hugo went the extra mile in trying to resolve situations, but in things out of his personal reach or responsibility he was hampered by not being able to help out at times (like with the air conditioner—see below). We all loved the beach and delightfully big pool and spent many happy hours there. Minerva was a stellar cook for the family and powerful at cleaning laundry on two occasions in record time! Wow!

The staff were wonderful. The room was very basic. The staff spoke very little English and we spoke very little Spanish. Although we confirmed our arrival they did not seem prepared for us.
