Amazing hotel. The view, nature, volcano… i have no words to describe. We ordered room with big panoramic window. You can lay in the room in front of the window and dream! Staff are so acomodating and friendly! Facilities are comfortable. Bed, pillows were so fantastic. Breakfast has no wide choice but it the same in all Equador. But food very delicious. Espessialy for dinner!

this was our favorite place from all our trip to Ecuador. everything was great: the room was big and clean, the views from our balcony and from all the property were breathtaking, the staff was very attentive and nice. Angel, in particular, was very helpful, he always found a taxi driver for us. the breakfast is great, the juices that Angel prepare are amazing and his tortilla de platano verde is the best I tried so far.
