The excellent swimming pool, for our use only, was great as we were visiting during a heatwave. It was a real pleasure to go for a swim after a day's sightseeing. There were plenty of loungers and seating areas. The bedrooms were spacious and the bathrooms functionable. It helped with the morning routine that each bedroom had its own bathroom and wc. The air conditioning was a real plus as it helped to keep the bedrooms cool overnight. The owner was very responsive and helpful.

Very welcoming, very clean, great value for the price paid, secured parking and very quiet at night. Everything one could need including restaurants and grocery stores are located nearby. Warm and comfy rooms with kettle, tea and coffee.

The rooms at the Mercure Lyon Est Villefontaine are air conditioned and equipped with a flat-screen TV, minibar and coffee maker. All rooms have a private bathroom.

Very comfortable. Lots of toys, high chair, cot, toilet booster seat etc. provided for our child. Easy help yourself breakfast. Friendly hosts. Nice location and views from the terrace.

Peaceful location, beautiful nature and countryside, nice breakfast. The Chateaux itself is stunning, both from the outside and from the inside. We didn't get the opportunity to experience the Spa since we were there for one night only, but it looked nice as well.

Location away from everything in the nature, very nice pool and pool area with a nice view. Staff was excellent and very helpful. Breakfast was good. The hotel also helped me for dinner as the restaurant was not open when I was there.
