The host, Luzzane and Duncan, and all staff were accommodating and excellent and went beyond to ensure the stay was enjoyable. The food was fantastic and the location was quiet but very accessible to Lochness and Inverness. Very quaint building with a nice bar. Highly recommend this place.

Exceptional view. A bit far from downtown Inverness but if you got a car, it's definitely worth the detour. Room was very quiet as there is nothing around except the waterfront. Breakfast (not buffet, but a variety of choices from the house menu) was the best Scottish dish I ever had.
