Everything was perfect. A very cozy hotel, attended by very warm and helpful ladies, close to downtown and not far from the train station. We have been there twice and it will be our choice every time we travel to Horsham. The breakfast was wonderful, plentiful, and lots of choice in a lovely sunroom. The hotel is set in a grand, picturesque location surrounded by fields within which is a lake, Beds are very comfortable with French doors opening onto a patio, looking across the fields. An 14th century church is in walking distance, and pleasant walks in the nearby wooded areas. Lovely part of the world, real England.
