I had previously stayed and found it superior to most hotels I’ve stayed in and quite reasonably priced. But it’s the staff that make every visit so pleasant. I spoke to a lovely lady on reception Polly, who immediately remembered I had been before and said she noticed I had booked for May also, my Grandsons birthday. When we arrived she had upgraded us to a family room. It’s these personal touches that will keep me coming back.

Set amongst beautiful gardens and Northamptonshire countryside, Rushton Hall is a historic country residence dating from the 15th century.

A beautiful, historic building of stunning architecture. Despite it being a chilly day and the property being enormous, it was lovely and warm inside. The room was large, beautifully furnished and comfortable. All the staff was friendly, helpful and efficient I couldn’t fault our stay and can not understand the negative reviews I read prior to our stay. The food was excellent, we enjoyed breakfast, lunch and dinner and all were of a really high quality. I also enjoyed a wonderful massage with Connie who was lovely.

Tucked away in tranquil countryside, Church Farm Lodge offers 4-star luxury accommodation in 3 large, converted barns. There is free Wi-Fi and ample parking.

The owners were very warm and welcoming, Breakfast Buffet was excellent, very wide variety, to suit all travellers. The room was very clean and cosy the bathroom, modern and very clean. Highly recommended. Thank you.

We have stayed in many bed and breakfasts but this beats them all. What a hospitality and super nice people. if we can recommend a bed and breakfast then this is the one to be. Nothing is too much and everything is possible. Forgot to bring my coat, and it will just be sent to you. this is the place you should go. Not to forget the breakfast is also excellent. This is not a 10 but a 10 plus.

Everything , it was absolutely beautiful. So relaxing and peacefully relaxing. The facilities were amazing, the surroundings were amazing. Unfortunately we only had one night there but would love to go back for at least a week. Everyone was so friendly, facilities were exceptional. I cannot praise Spanhoe Lodge enough. If you are looking for somewhere to get away from everything and relax, I recommend Spanhoe Lodge.

This 16th-century coaching inn in the centre of Market Harborough has 2 restaurants and comfortable rooms with free Wi-Fi. The Three Swans is 3.5 miles from Foxton Locks.

Everything about this place was wonderful! Our room was good sized, comfortable and well appointed. All staff interactions were very good with polite and friendly staff in all areas. We enjoyed the breakfast very much as well as enjoying a few drinks in the bar :)
