Fantastic stay here. Staff are excellent, very friendly and accommodating. Room was clean and comfortable, well stocked and nice fresh towels and bedding. Shared bathroom was spotlessly clean! Breakfast was beautiful, cooked to perfection and excellent range of choices. I ate everything in sight! Location very good for town centre and train station., 5 minute walk.

In 8 acres of landscaped grounds roamed by deer and Letchworth black squirrels, house features a pool, a gym and free Wi-Fi. voco Letchworth Hall by IHG also has ample free parking.

The hotel is so welcoming. From the receptionist who was so welcoming to the cleaners, who really take pride in the service they provide. My room was beautiful. Outstandingly clean and the bed was simply divine. I had a very peaceful stay and you really can’t hear other guests as the rooms seem so well insulated. The bar was a lovely place to spend time if your on your own as I was. I can totally recommend the Steaks on offer. The Bavette Steak was amazing. I hope to stay again soon as it was a total pleasure being there. Excellent Hotel.

The room is huge! I like how spacious it was, especially after staying in the old hotel in Kensington, where the room was very tiny. The bed is huge, I have no idea of the size, but I got lost there. Everything is clean and nice. The breakfast was good.

Situated directly next to the DART, the hotel offers the easiest direct access into the Terminal Building in the area in under 5 minutes door to door.

What a convenient location! This hotel is located right next to the DART shuttle to Luton Airport. When you exit the train at Luton Airport Parkway station, you need to go upstairs towards the shuttle. When you pass the train ticket machines check out, turn left instead of going straight towards the shuttle, go downstairs, cross the road and that's it. It takes around two minutes to reach DART shuttle from the hotel. The staff is kind and helpful, the rooms are clean and comfy. It saved my journey home.
