The hotel truly exceeded our expectations. The location is perfect—a 5-minute walk to the town center and right on the riverbank. The room was spotlessly clean and had every possible bathroom amenity, even a shoe sponge. And we loved the soft, fluffy bathrobes 😌 The mattresses, blankets, and pillows were exceptionally comfortable, so we all slept perfectly. The staff went above and beyond, helping us arrange a taxi, a private driver, horses ride, and even providing free airport pick-up and drop-off. They also recommended a fantastic restaurant that we stuck with throughout our stay. Everyone was friendly and caring. Breakfast was varied and delicious, with something to suit every taste. Highly recommended!

Everything was fabulous! Their staff is simply great from the reception, Maya(Manager), Tedo, housekeeping, and 2 ladies from the reception( sorry, forgot their names). The room with a balcony was of a decent size with all amenities and has a beautiful view.

Staff was very friendly and helpful, the hostess even waited for us during a very late check-in. Breakfast was tasty, and the location is excellent – nice view, large private parking, and just a short walk to Mestia center. Very spacious and modern hotel in the centre of Mestia. The swimming pool was perfect for the kids after a day of skiing. The staff is very kind and helpful, they even arranged for a new tire for our car when we had a puncture! Thank you very much😊
