First of all, the staff really makes this place. You get all the information you need to explore Orchha as soon as you arrive. They also give honest and accurate information regarding traveling, from cheapest local way to easiest most comfortable way. Big spotless and clean room and bathroom, and you also get a clean top sheet, a rarity in India. The setup of the room is practical, and the hot shower really works. Only breakfast is served, but their recommendation regarding restaurant was spot on. Good WiFi as well.

Excellent Location walkable to Temple and Fort. Very Smooth Check in by Reception. They have also upgraded the room without any extra, apart from this, they have also facilitated with late checkout at 1:30 PM as my online office work was going on. Very polite and cooperative approach during the stay by Aniket and his Father . Good and secured Parking . Always recommended ...!

Newly built up property , clean rooms , location away from hustle nd bustle , it was damn peaceful for one to relax. Tasty breakfast. Warm hospitality by Mr. Sanjay. It was a perfect stay for us.

Location by the river was stunning. Peaceful and clean. We had our morning cuppas sat on the river bank. We walked into the town to see the temples. The light and sound show at the Fort was good, they do this in English. We arrived very early morning, we were allowed to check in early for a small fee which was most helpful. We ate in the restaurant on an evening, the food was superb also had cold coffees and icecream on our balcony each afternoon which were delicious.
