The room was beautiful, it felt like we were in a very nice cabin, the view outside felt very serene. The reception had the option to call for an aurora wake up call if visible that night. The breakfast was spectacular!

Location was great, close to the glaciers, great point to start the excursions to Vatnajokul (30 min drive), great breakfast, also glutenfree options.

I enjoyed living in a home designed by an award winning architect. Beautifully appointed with everything to expect in a luxury home. A short drive to glacier hikes and puffin tour. It was a splurge but worth it.
