New and modern. Very spacious, super comfortable and warm. The heated floor was amazing. Have everything you need and we managed to see the NL for the first time during the one night staying here! Love the Free parking just behind the hotel. Room is good size for us. Comfy bed, nice modern bathroom with toiletries and clean white towels. Wonderful breakfast spread, scrambled eggs, fruits, cereals, juices,tea and coffee too. Easy check-in and check-out.

Best hotel during our stay in Iceland. The pictures don't do it justice because everything is much better in reality. The rooms are big, the kitchen is well stocked with an oven, stove-top, coffee machine, water heater and dishwasher (expect for salt, pepper and oil which you have to get yourself) and the private washing room has a washing machine and a dryer. The included breakfast was delicious and the dining area very beautifully decorated. A grocery store selling all the essentials is right across the road.

This guest house is set on a family-owned, working farm with animals. Central Selfoss in southern Iceland is 7 km away. WiFi, sauna and outdoor hot tub access are free.

We love the breakfast. Hosts make sure that we had enough and they were attentive until we finish eating. The breakfast has everything, cereals, seeds, pancakes, eggs, bread, meats, and so on. The place could be seen as little and simple but the truth is that once you are in, the ambient is very cozy, nice, clean and comfortable. Another thing is that is near from everywhere between the city, golden circle or if you need to go to the beach. Please not hesistate when the rooms are available. We really enjoy the sauna also!!! My family and I went to 3 different types of stays> cottage, hotels and houses in Iceland but this will keep in our hearts!!!

The apartment was very spacious and clean. It had everything we needed during our stay, and the check-in process was simple and smooth. A very comfortable place we can recommend.
