It was so comfortable, we felt very welcomed and we will come back here again upon our next visit to Verbania. The entire staff was exceptional, always helpful for all those needs us tourists come up with. The entire Hotel/Albergo is a clean, cosy and unforgettable place. Located right at the waterfront with car parking, great promenades with beautiful scenery and variety of other culinary restaurants close by will highlight your stay.

Amazing hotel! The whole hotel is designed like a palace. Every corner looks like a museum. We got a room with a balcony and a view of the lake, simply stunning! The insulation is perfect! A romantic and pampering hotel, the beds and pillows are really comfortable. The breakfast is excellent! And the spa with the indoor pool and the outdoor ones are simply stunning. No words! Staff were wonderful before and during our stay. Good communication and very helpful. Breakfast was plentiful with lots of choice. Fresh and locally sourced where possible. A delightful, tranquil location interrupted only by chimes from the bells from the local church (stops at night!), birdsong and cuckoo calls. Gignese has bars, cafes and restaurants and is within walking distance. Stresa with its lakeside promenades, shops and many restaurants is 15-20 minute drive away.

It is not the first hotel where we stayed within that area, but definitely the best one! Booking it I didn't expect to get such a level of hospitality, comfort and care. It is a masterpiece: amazing combination of design, technologies, comfort and coziness. From the very first minute we felt so welcomed that didn't want to leave. Giada, Daniele thank you for your help at all the stages of our stay! Massimo, we were honored to be welcomed by you! Restaurant 'LeBolle' deserves a special comment: food, wine list, service are amazing! Table setting with all the small details was so sophisticated that brought aesthetic pleasure in addition to gastronomic experience. Looking forward to spa area opening, I may expect it will be fantastic!

We were lucky to stay one night of our 2 nights stay completely alone in the villa. Paola is a great host, everything was carefully prepared for enjoying the place. Even it was freezing outside, the room and bathroom were well heated as well as other spaces in the villa. We loved the place, villa is amazing as well as the small park around the property. Would love to stay more!
