This is the perfect hotel at a reasonable price around Disney Resort. Just 30 min by public transport and super easy to get there. Conbini just 5 min from the location or vending machine in the hotel. Staff was super nice and help me with the AirPorter luggage delivery, so I didnt had to move around downtown Tokyo with my suitcase. Would recommend a 100%!

Location is very convenient. Right next to Shiomi station on Keyio line. Downtown Tokyo is just three stops in the metro. They have a Lawson convenience store downstairs. There is a large departmental store right on the other side of the metro track.

Our apartment was clean, comfortable and reasonably sized for Tokyo. The kitchen area has a double induction hotplate unit , a microwave and an oven/grill. There was a washing machine with supplied (and replaced) detergent. The staff were friendly and helpful. Asakusa is a quiet part of Tokyo. Twenty minutes walk from Ueno Station and Ueno Park and Zoo (pandas!). About the same distance to the underground. We also walked to the Skytree. I would recommend this apartment hotel and would happily stay there again.
