The onsen on 10th floor is good! Carport is great for sheltering the car from blizzard. We bumped in to local uncle in the onsen. He said this is the last few remaining hotel that pump the hot water straight from the ground. So all the rich mineral is undiluted. Most of the hotel mix the hot water with tap water since tourists can’t handle real onsen.

The hotel is super new, modern and clean. The bed and linen were very comfortable and the hotel is very well located, walking distance from the main station and from Odori. The public bath is amazing, with 3 different bath tubs and a sauna. There is also a laundry room with 3 super modern washing machines. Overall great value for money!

The hotel is located in the central area, many restaurants and shops around. The receptionists were very friendly and helpful, they helped us to fill the forms to ship the luggage to the next hotel. Everything including common spaces was very clean. The hotel offers free coffee and snacks as well as toiletries.

Perfect location just outside of the busy Susukino street, yet very convenient as there is a subway station nearby, or you can simply walk to the city centre (about 15 min walk). The rooms are spacious and very bright. The hotel baths are also super clean, and open until late.

The staff was very helpful and the hotel is located just in front of Sapporo TV tower. Very clean with new big modern rooms. Beautiful view from the rooftop.
