Fantastic location! Located just outside Numazu Station's North Exit, and near multiple shops, restaurants and convenience stores. The staff is committed to making guests' stay an amazing experience. Front Desk staff were really nice - we checked in at 10 PM and they still welcomed us with a smile. They always greeted us as we went out for the day, and when we returned for the evening. Housekeeping was equally amazing - clean rooms, fresh towels every day, and the attention to detail is a very nice touch. We could tell they take pride in their work, and felt truly taken care of. The Twin Room didn't have the biggest living space, but the larger-than-average bathroom was a big perk of this room. There was a separate area to shower outside the tub, similar to what you'd find in a lot of Japanese homes. Having stayed at plenty of places with shower/tub combos, a separate shower and tub was truly welcome.

Close to the station and very good food locations! The staff were very friendly and the room was clean and had all I needed.

Nice and classic ryokan in Hakone with astonishing view of Lake Ashi and Mt. Fuji (in a clear day). Yes, the shuttle bus schedule is very limited and too bad we arrived when there's no bus schedule. We finally catch a cab near Motohakone port to go to ryokan. We hope there will be more rooms with private bath available. Overall, it's a very nice experience and we would love to go back again.

Opened in April 2014, Daiwa Roynet Hotel Numazu is ideally located just a 3-minute walk from JR Numazu Station and next to a shopping mall. Free WiFi is provided throughout the property.

The hotel is located just by Lake Ashi and it is very convenient to have pirate ship cruise from here. Also, the hotel operates shuttle service for free which made it really easy for us to catch our train from odawara station. The best part about the hotel is the staff which is very helpful and kind.
