The location, very close to Sendai's JR station, walking, the room, extremely good with a very comfy bed, the breakfast was excellent for me, the team, always very helpful, the amenities were great, they offered luggage storage, had curly irons and electrical brushes for the guests to use free of charge, were environmentally sustainable as much as possible, I loved it there.
