Fantastic hotel. Exceeded my expectations. Totally clean, huge rooms with separated bathtub and rainshower. Excellent service and welcoming personal, Ms. Fujita remembered my wish on the next day to keep my bag for a while after my checkout.

Location is great and very close to Sendai station and the morning market. Compared to other hotels I stayed in this Japan trip, the room was much bigger and better. Offering two beds instead of one bed is very helpful. Breakfast is Japanese style so be prepared.

It’s so hard to find hotel rooms that are completely dark at night. To have a nice night of sleep I need a super dark room to sleep and thanks to them I slept like a baby. There was a lot of lights if I wanted to turn it on (really good for make up) but if I wanted to sleep it was as dark as possible. The bed was also super comfortable. The way they design the room was so smart and made the room looks bigger than it was. We had more than enough space for our things. It was super spacious. I have a lot of make up and it was really easy to do with the nice table and nice table Mirror that they provide. I have a lot of hair, a lot and usually the hotel hairdryer don’t work for my hair. They all take ages to dry, but theirs was pretty good. Also de amenities were of such a nice quality. The location is also perfect, close to the station and with a lot of restaurants and shops around it. We always walked everywhere.

Sendai Vista Hotel is exceptional. Though the hotel foyer looks bare, the room and everything inside are immaculate and well appointed. We had a great and confortable stay. The property is a few minutes walk to the Sendai Station, shopping malls and surrounded by resturants. Everything is near- conveniently situated making access to places of interest easy and manageable. Bubble bath is also free for women. Thanks Sendai Vista Hotel!

The room had an awesome view of the garden. Loved the illuminations, they were lovely. The hotel staff were very friendly and helpful and some spoke English. I would like to thank Sendai Royal Park Hotel for receiving my package in advance & helped me pay for the cash on delivery package first before my arrival. I couldn't thank them enough, they made my stay so enjoyable. The bed is comfy, the room is clean, customer service is impeccable! It is a beautiful hotel if you wish to chill & enjoy the quietness, & visit Sendai Ice Skating Rink (Yuzuru Hanyu's training rink) which is pretty near to the hotel. Staff is very helpful, answered all my questions (even when asking for direction to other cities). All requests for the rooms are met. Outstanding service. Amenities within the hotel is also perfect. The hotel is also super conveniently located right next to the metro, easy access to everywhere else.
