Very good location and clean nice rooms. We were very happy with the breakfast and the nice staff. If you are going to visit Wakayama Castle which is next to the hotel, we recommend this hotel. It is also easy to walk around Wakayama from the hotel.

Had the most wonderful stay at this hotel. Was in a somewhat rural area so I'd recommend having your own car to make exploring easier. Staff were so attentive and kind, my partner and I always felt extremely welcome. Breakfast was included and was delicious. My partner and I booked one of the dinner courses they offer at the hotel and whilst pricey ($200) was very enjoyable. 10/10 recommend :)

I requested a quiet room and got one. It was bigger than I expected, with a large bed, big bathroom, closet, and shelf space, which compares favorably to some Japanese hotel chains like APA and Toyoko. The hotel has a spacious and comfortable lobby and restaurant to wait in until check-in at 3 p.m.

Few minutes walk from the train station. And there are many buses from the train station to the attractions. Staff are excellent and always doing their best to serve. Room rate is reasonable and the public bath is a bonus. Mini mart, small restaurant and the laundromat are all in the same building.

Directly accessible within Kansai International Airport, Hotel Nikko Kansai Airport - 3 mins walk to the airport features comfortable rooms with free WiFi.

Great location, very close to checkin counters and room is great. Best airport I have been on. Room size is bigger than normal Japanese hotels.24 hours food and beverages available around.

Very convenient for the airport, and incredible views of Osaka from the room. The room itself is huge, comfortable and quiet on a high floor. Probably my favourite place to stay in the Osaka area, and I usually stay in this hotel every time I have the opportunity. Breakfast is delicious including Japanese and Western style options. Somehow the price was extremely low, even cheaper than a capsule hotel on the dates I stayed...

Everything about this hotel is perfect for my landing on Osaka. The shuttle bus straight to the hotel, very smooth quick and automated check-in (no need to wait at all), staff were friendly, waiting at the front and bowing, great impression of Japanese politeness. I think they upgraded the room for us, so we had a large bed, so spacy for two of us and the baby. Very short walk to the train station for next-day travel. They even have a convenience store inside the hotel. Highly recommended!!!

The hotel is on IZUMISANO train station, which is 2 stops from Osaka Airport. It is the second time I stay at this hotel in order to take a flight. Given the proximity to the station, and the excellent Nankai rail service, it is ideal for me. I also really love Balmuda and other "designer" items in the room which are small but significant touches that say "quality" and "care". The rooftop spa (open air and indoor) is an absolute gem. The bed is a semi-double, and a good size for a single person. The final point that I enjoy very much is that Izumisano has an excellent fish market, where you can buy fresh seafood and also eat at a restaurant. It makes the stay at this hotel in Izumisano a real treat. I plan to book this hotel every time I fly from Osaka Airport. A huge "thank you" to the hotel management and the staff. THANK YOU
