This family owned place is beautifully situated on top of the hill, the views are really worth driving up for. The rooms are nicely decorated and there is a beautiful terrace and indoor restaurant room. We received large towels in our large room with its own balcony with beautiful view and an extra large double bed. The hosts made us feel welcome and accommodated our gluten free diet and helped us with our other questions. It is a place that has heart, and is really a place to come rest after a long journey.

Everything! A big thank you for the warm hospitality of Mehdi, Hassan and the entire hard working team, that made my stay memorable! Mehdi gave me all the help I needed for my hiking plans, and there was delicious dinner to look forward to each night. Felt like a home away from home for the two nights I stayed. The property has been done up tastefully in traditional style, and has several interesting pieces collected by Mehdi over the years. Spectacular views from all the terraces, cosy and comfortable rooms that gave me sound sleep. And great value for money too, what more can one ask for!

The Kasbah was so beautiful! The building was really impressive and had a lot of beautiful art. The host was the nicest we had in Morocco!! He took us for a tour around the area (Dades gorge, rose valley, the mountains) without charging us for it and even took us with him in his car halfway to Merzouga, which was our destination after our stay there, again without asking money for it. The food was also really great and plentiful. My friend and I really enjoyed our stay there and would always come back!

Great host, super location and super good food ! Very near to Dades Gorges, which makes it a perfect stop from Marrakech to the desert.

By far the nicest place we stayed on our whole tour of Morocco. Everyone there is really friendly and we had some really nice conversations over breakfast and supper. Surroundings, immerse in nature, with fabulous riverbed road to structure. Since we’re adventure bikers, we loved every meter approaching Zen Ecolodge. Also, need to mention the best tajine we had in Marocco. Big compliments to Omar, who war very kind and helpfull. Great experience!

We loved our stay at Ksar Sultan Dades. It's very nicely decorated. The dinner and breakfast are very good. The staff is extremely helpful. We were charged for an extra dinner by mistake and they sent us the money immediately. The location is very beautiful. And the room is perfect....beds are so comfortable. We just loved our stay there.
