We didn't have breakfast included, but we had our own with us. It wasn't mentioned. However, the property was excellent. Super views from huge windows. Cows and calves in view. The owner and her dog were very helpful and friendly.

Nearly perfect: the staff was kind, everything was clean, there were so many equipments. It was near perfection. The bed was very comfortable.
