This is a perfect hotel for us when we want to spend the night near the shopping centre by the Norwegian border. Rooms are no nonsense and practical. Car parking is free and close to the room. Beds are comfortable and there is a nice little seating area. Breakfast was excellent, especially the hot food.

Scandic Laholmen is 200 metres from Strömstad Station. Its popular restaurant offers views of Koster Fjord and the Skagerrak Sea. Free WiFi is available.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room was modern, tidy, and comfortable. We enjoyed sitting on the balcony and taking in the breathtaking views of the sea and fjords. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and the breakfast was delicious.

We stayed in the hotel and it was exceptional. There was parking right outside of the hotel, it was very modern inside and very clean. The staff we very friendly and helpful.
