Excellent in all aspects. The friendliness of all the staff exceeds on all levels. Both at reception (thank you Milika and the rest of the staff for the help provided), Spa and restaurant. Outstanding spa. Food quality also extraordinary, both at dinner and breakfast. The variety at breakfast is limited, but it makes up for the quality of the food.

We liked the place. Close to the city, clean air and close to the highway. My wife and I were there with two small children. We arrived earlier than planned and called the owner, he arrived quite quickly and settled us earlier. In the evening, I drank a mug of Czech beer at the bar and it was wonderful time there). It's defenetly value for money.

This hotel is finished to a very high standard and impeccably clean, well above expectation for a 3* hotel. The staff did everything to make our overnight stay perfectly organised. There is secure parking behind automated gates. Note that the reception is not manned all the time, so phone the number on the door. Also, note that the hotel restaurant is not open all days, generally less restaurants in the region are open on Sundays, so we stopped off in the near town of Presov. Be sure to look at the medieval wall still standing along some back streets.
