We booked an apartment and it had everything one could need. A big balcony, equipped kitchen, multiple trash cans and soap in the bathroom are just a few examples. Also the food was traditional and extremely good. The staff was friendly and made an effort to make us feel comfortable.

Excellent location in center of Stary Smokovec, the apartments are large enough, we were 2 adults and 2 children, it was cozy and comfortable, there was also room for our dog. The owner's representative met us, showed us everything and even checked us in a little earlier, this was important for us, we had traveled 1300 km. Convenient location near the Stary Smokovec station and also close to the rack railway to mount Hrebeniok. I would like to mention that the apartment is clean and warm, in the kitchen we found everything to prepare breakfast. I hope to return to this wonderful place someday.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel apartment — it was absolutely amazing and beautifully maintained. The room was spotless, with a clinically clean standard that made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. Absolutely fantastic place, exceptionally tasteful decor, all amenities you could possibly need are provided, tv and sound system with access to netflix and streaming services for free whic our son loved, LED fire creates a pleasant atmosphere in the apartment,the gas lit fire on the balcony adds a nice touch to relax in some comfort even when cold outside. The bed and bedding was very comfortable, lots of extra blankets and even electric ones for extre cold...lights are controlled by dimmers, everything you could possibly need in the kitchen, by far the best place I have stayed innthe tatras,we went fir 1 week to Kempinski after Hrebinok and felt cheated.. would highly rexcomend this place!!

The location of the apartment was excellent, near the station. One Supermarket was located on the ground floor of the building and the other few steps away. The apartment was very clean and comfortable. The kitchen was fully stocked with utensils/kettle/hob/dishwasher/coffee machine/ microwave. It has a balcony with furniture. And as mentioned before the bathroom has a comfortable large bath my children fully utilized.
