1. The host speaks English and is very helpful. He gave us a few tips on where to eat and what to see around. 2. The room is spacious and clean. The interior looks fresh. 3. The breakfast is included in the price. Everything was great. If I ever visit Chiang Rai again, I will definitely stay here.

10/10 for the hospitality from the hotel owner. There’s only 7 rooms in total. Each room comes with a simple kitchen, shower and a balcony for you to enjoy the lake view. The owner is an animal lover! He has 7-8 dogs, 2 cats and some birds. Breakfast was really good and only charging 60THB.

This hotel is just wonderful. Everything perfect, clean and wonderful staff from the beggining to the end. Special thought to the team of Favola who was wonderful with us. Excellent breakfast with all what you need from western or Thai breakfast. I strongly recommend. It is 10/10.

The room was huge and spacious and extremely clean! The location is just perfect since it’s a 5 minute walk from a night bazaar but still quiet enough to have a good sleep. The breakfast was also good (though we had to wait a bit longer for breakfast, since there is only one nice lady making it, it’s not like a breakfast bar). The owner of the house was also super kind and helpful with the information about Chiang Mai. She also speaks English pretty good! There were also fresh roses in the room, which we found super super kind and sweet. Such a nice gesture.
