Fantastic New hotel staff were excellent. Had the set menu evening meal and it was very tasty and great value for money. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend this hotel.

I only stayed one night wish I'd have stayed longer to enjoy more of the facilities. The staff at grand altuntaş were very polite and helpful, my room was very big for one person and they provided everything (toiletries, tea, coffee, water etc) in the room. I had some lovely views of Aksaray and breakfast was a wide range of things to choose from. Would definitely stay again

Friendly, attentive staff. Went above and beyond for us. Great location for what we needed, check out at 12 is ideal. More hotels should have this sort of check out time.
