Unfortunately we could not get the room in the hotel where we originally booked due to some unexpected technical problem in the room but they offered me another room in the other hotel (Quality Inn Florida City - Gateway to the Keys) next to this one. So all my evaluation is meant for the other hotel (important to note: the two hotels are under the same management). Sunny, the manager is willing to help and really knows how to handle customers. In Quality Inn Florida City - Gateway to the Keys the staff was very caring, also at the reception and at the breakfast. Breakfast was quite good, they also had waffle makers, so we could have fresh waffles.

Conveniently located adjacent to Town & Country Mall in Kendall, this hotel offers comfortable guestrooms and suites southwest of Miami just minutes from shopping, dining and entertainment venues.
