Great service. I had to cancel the second night due to the time on the road in a snowstorm and the owners agreed. They are very hospitable, polite and honest. Cozy place, comfortable, quiet room. Beautiful hotel well located near the sea and restaurants. Delicious breakfast.

The front desk was open at all times and the staff were all friendly and helpful all of the time. Breakfast was excellent and they constantly refreshed the food items as they were used up. They also provided cartons and paper bags for takeout. The accommodation was clean and comfortable with well kept grounds. It all ran like a well oiled machine. The pool was lovely after a day’s hiking and there were plenty of places to sit in the sun or under the trees to have a drink and a meal if you wanted to stay on the property. Of the five places we stayed during our trip through New England this was the clear winner.

Everythjng about this property was homely and comfortable. The best thing was a 24 hr beverage bar with hot coffee, tea and iced water. There were also microwaves for guests. Pool and hot tub clean. All Covid precautions still underway at breakfast buffet which was good to see

Very Nice Hotel I really liked Angel our Bartender at the pool area. Give him an at a boy. I liked the dock and pool area. My only complaint is the coffee offered in your lobby, OMG its terrible, get the real deal going.

Really big room, lovely fireplace which helped given the weather. Front desk staff really helpful, pool very good, parking easy. 10 minutes from downtown, 10 minutes from Arcadia NP - perfect!
