Friendly and respectful staff. They could arrange anything we have asked at anytime. Hotel was clean and well maintained. Both inside, outside pools and the spa were amazing. I would definitely recommend this place

Good sized room, very clean and comfortable. Kettle provided for tea & coffee. Great spot close to restaurants and a short walk to Central Park. Good variety of breakfast foods available, staff are very helpful and friendly.
