It was the best hotel we have experienced so far in Vietnam. The swimming pool was very nice, the room was quite big and clean. The breakfast is really good with many options. The hotel is located in the city centre which was very convenient and the hotel staff was very helpful. You can also pay by card without fees if you have Revolut. I highly recommend it!

This palace is absolutely stunning. We were welcomed by the staff and Nancy really nicely. The accomodations rules, information and recommandations were really clear and helpful. The room was big, clean and confortable. The bathtub is a really nice addition to the room and can easily fit two people. I would recommend this place without hesitation. 10/10

Friendly and helpful staff. Location little outside main turist area, but close enough to walk. Breakfast good, many options. Unfortunetly when we were there it was mostly cloudy, so we didnt get to enjoy the pools properly.

Very nice spacious rooms, with balcony and a nice bathroom. One of our rooms even had a decent kitchen. The staff was very friendly and helpful and we could borrow bikes for free even after we checked out, the were not the best bikes, but can’t really complain when they were free.

This place is magical — the rooms and their bathrooms are spectacular. The hotel staff are amazing: attentive, warm, caring, and hospitable. They opened the boat’s restaurant just for us, after preparing it to ensure it was safe to be there. They gave us incredible recommendations for tours and shows to enjoy. I would return without a doubt to this magical place.

It was an amazing experience. The suite was wonderful, spacious, clean with the pool right in front of us, which was also very clean as well. They also served next to breakfast, afternoon tea and snacks, which we didn‘t expect at all. Great service and very friendly, helpful staff. They have shuttle services to the beach and city and overall very calm area but still very close to the center. 11/10 experience! We whole heartedly recommend to stay here if you visit Hoi An.
