The hotel is very clean, very helpful staff and excellent service. I especially want to mention the wonderful job which miss Mi did in organizing all our requests, including helping us send our luggage to the bus when we were running late. Thank you again. We wouldn't have done it without her. The hotel also gave us water and cakes on the way, which is very nice.

This is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed in my entire life. It's just AMAZING. Very very beautiful, conveniently located in centre of Sapa, easily accessible. The swimming pool was very pretty (and warm). All the decorations were very cute and classy. It was the only hotel in Sapa where I did not feel cold at all (I stayed in 3 different hotels), thanks to the central heating, I guess. The staff were super nice and helpful, spoke good English, treated me like a princess (I am a solo traveller). If you have the money, stay at this hotel for your last day in Sapa (just stay in the hotel so you can get the most out of it after you're done exploring Sapa). It's totally worth the price, trust me. Greetings to the receptionist lady who wore the infinity-shaped necklace and the bell guy with cute dimples who helped me take my luggage and brought me more bottles of water. Love it!!

The staff were so incredibly kind and helpful. They allowed us to store our luggage while we went on a two day trek, and on the day of our check out my partner was not feeling well, so they extended our check out to 12:00 free of charge. They were also welcoming of him spending the day sat in the cozy lobby, and even brought him a hot tea. The staff really made the experience, however, the hotel is also in a great location close to the center, yet quiet at night so no problem getting a good night sleep. The rooms themselves are nicely furnished and the breakfast was limited in range, but tasty nonetheless. Definitely recommend this hotel if you are planning a trip to Sapa.

Ms Swon, the owner (sorry for the wrong spelling) is the best. She accommodated all our requests. Our room was squeaky clean & huge for the 3 of us. It has an amazing view of the lake at the balcony. Wifi is strong, breakfast is delish, location is quite uphill but is close to everything with various shortcuts in any direction. Tea, coffee, sugar, water, towels & other essentials are replaced daily. Hotel has an elevator. We had 5kg of laundry & had the best room massage yet we paid a very cheap price for everything. Ms Swon is always smiling & can speak proper English. I would definitely book again when I revisit Sapa.

Staying at Sapa Warm Hotel was one of the best decisions we made during our trip to Sapa. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted by the receptionist with genuine warmth and hospitality. They even offered us the option for an early check-in so we could rest and freshen up — a small additional fee that was absolutely worth it. Our room was exceptionally clean and well-prepared, complete with toiletries, fresh towels, and bottled water. We were also lucky to be given a room with a scenic balcony view — the perfect spot to enjoy a cup of coffee or tea while taking in the peaceful surroundings. Breakfast was included and gave us a hearty start to our day. If I may suggest, adding a rice option to the breakfast menu would be perfect, especially for Asian travelers like myself who are used to having rice in the morning. We also requested a late check-out since our bus back to Hanoi was scheduled for 10 p.m., and the staff kindly accommodated our request. They even replaced our towels that same day — a thoughtful and appreciated gesture. While the hotel is situated a bit away from the town center, this turned out to be ideal for those seeking peace and quiet at night, away from the noise of busy streets. And if you do want to explore the town in the evening, it’s just a comfortable 10–15-minute walk.
