We stayed here as a group ahead of a wedding. We all felt very safe and secure. Alan and the staff provided a very homely feel and were super attentive and couldn’t do more for us. Beautiful location. Clean rooms and very good facilities well equipped with everything we needed.

location was perfect to visit the outdoor expo. we never stayed for breakfast. nice Rose garden and beautiful plants and lawns.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating even although we arrived during the time of the rain and floods in the area and they were pretty busy. The owner also took the time to show us their interesting bicycle museum.

We had a wonderful stay at One Oak Guest House. The room was comfortable and clean, with a beautiful view. Lythia and Phil are fantastic hosts. We will definitely stay here again next time we visit Cape Town.

Breakfast was a mix of a continental spread with an addition of made to order hot food each morning, and even with very last minute super speedy request the team were very eager to help. Food was delicious, fresh and very well prepared. The coffee was also excellent.

We could see the sea and the harbour directly from our bed. We could sunbathe and relax on our terrace. Breakfast was also served there, which was incredibly relaxing for us. The room is high and spacious. We had the Premier Suite ‘Wavecrest Luxury Suite’. The team was very friendly and the breakfast was good. Delicious pancakes. From there, it was only a few steps to the rustic restaurant ‘The Thirsty Oyster’, where we had a good dinner.

Situated 20 metres from the white beaches of peaceful Gordon's Bay, this historical guest house features luxury air-conditioned rooms in a natural setting.

Jenny and Sebastian are two kind hosts. The rooms are spacious and very clean with a view of the sea. The breakfast is good. Maybe more different fruits (in a land of fruits😃) would be great. I would love to come back and can highly recommend Manor on the Bay.
