I simply love the place! Their service is par excellence. Their staff is very well trained and they ensure that their customers go back happy. I am definitely going back to this property again the next chance i get. I want to especially thank Aristya for her superb care , she took me around to the mall to give me an orientation of the place while i was new and also helped me get a sim. I also want to acknowledge Anita who got me a single woman gift pack! I had my birthday while i was there and i was sent a birthday cake by the hotel management! The property is central and the mall close to it is also lovely.

The room was very stylishly decorated, extremely clean, the bed was excellent, and the minibar was spacious. The breakfast was very diverse, and there was a chance to see a small crocodile in the pond at the center of the hotel. The welcome event organized by the hotel was fantastic; a big thank you to GM Ross and the rest of the team. The hotel's pool area is like a sanctuary in the midst of bustling Lusaka.

The location is very nice, in a quiet area. The hotel is very new and facilities are excellent. Good breakfast. Jack and Paxina were exceptional in their customer service. As well as all the other staff who made our stay comfortable. We will certainly come back again.

My stay at Agora Apartments was extremely wonderful and comfortable. The Apartment was spacious and beautifully furnished and equipped with everything you require in an apartment to stay short term or long term. The bed was very comfortable, and the staff were amazing. Everyone was friendly and the location of the Apartments are amazing at the shopping center with lovely restaurants and coffee shops.
