Attila and Laszlo at reception provided an excellent service care (waking me up at 3am which is quite a challenge itself), managing my delayed airport shuttle and arranging a taxi instead. Matyas at the bar explained about Palinka and Hungarian cuisine. Very much grateful to a fantastic team for their dedication!

Breakfast was amazing. Their restaurant Flava is sooo good.Location is close to other top notch restaurants as well and a fountain where kids can play. The staff was so friendly and helpful. Great customer service. The only place we will book when in Budapest from now on.

The rooms are nicely decorated. They are clean and big (double rooms, at least). The receiptionists are kind amd friendly. It is a bit far from downtown (30 min walk), but it's ok. Breakfast is very good. A lot of options.

IntercityHotel Budapest is set in the centre of Budapest, 1.3 km from Puskas Arena. Wonderful hotel. Right by a major train station that also had metro stations. Could get everywhere real fast. Like all Intercity hotels. Very nice. They allowed us to leave one of our bags there for a week because we were coming back to this hotel.
