Hotel X Toronto, a Destination by Hyatt Hotel features waterfront and city skyline views. From the moment we arrived, everything at Hotel X Toronto was excellent. Ben warmly welcomed us, helped with our luggage, and made a great first impression. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a stunning view. All the staff were friendly and attentive. Breakfast was reasonably priced with great service. The rooftop pool was a highlight, clean, well-organized, and offering a beautiful view of the CN Tower. At Roses Social, Star and Maria were fantastic, friendly, engaging, and made us feel truly welcomed. Star added a special touch that made the experience even more memorable. A big thank you to Dragan, the manager, who was professional, kind, and gave us great local tips for sightseeing. Only small note: the valet staff could be more warm and welcoming to match the rest of the team. Overall, an outstanding experience. Hotel X fully deserves a 5-star rating, we can’t wait to return!

In the heart of Toronto’s entertainment district and steps away from the best shopping and dining, BISHA, a Luxury Collection Hotel, Toronto provides guests with unrivaled access to local experiences,... Staff were absolutely fantastic and really put the stay over the top. Shaila and Maria upgraded our room and then later in the evening, Zayn was able to get us a reservation at a restaurant that was full online. Overall super nice hotel, and fantastic staff with a great Rooftop bar and view. Room service breakfast was delivered faster than expected, too.

Conveniently located within 10 minutes’ walk of Toronto’s Union Train Station and Air Canada Centre, this hotel offers an on-site restaurant and bar. Location was perfect for our needs, as we were attending a basketball game at Scotia Bank Arena. Many options for dining in the area; easy walking distance to everything we needed. Will stay here again!
