When we arrived and were preparing to go to our room we were told that we had been upgraded. The cabin had two bedrooms but we only used one. It felt like home with everything one could need to cook. I like a big tea or coffee cup and we had them. The place was cozy, close to everything and even has a little trail that goes up to a waterfall. We stayed two nights and I would definitely stay there again.

Excellent location and the staff could not have been more kind and helpful. Pet friendly rooms were not too much extra and came with food/water bowls and a lovely big bed. Check out time was later than most hotels (noon) which was very useful when juggling organisation.

Set in Grand Falls -Windsor, Carriage House Inn Four and a Half Stars features a garden, shared lounge, terrace, and free WiFi. The inn offers garden views and a barbecue. What a lovely stay we had here at the Carriage House Inn. All the staff that we met were very friendly and helpful. Our room was spacious, very clean and the bed was extremely comfortable. There is a kitchen area with a refrigerator, microwave, coffee, tea kettle and dishwasher along with dishes and some extra little treats. They welcomed us to feel at home and we were able to heat up some soup for our supper to eat right there. There is also a large sitting room for guests to use. Breakfast was excellent. We could choose between a Continental style breakfast or a full hot breakfast, all included. We highly recommend this accommodation.

Marblewood Village Resort is located in Steady Brook, 10 minutes' drive from Corner Brook. The property was amazing, quiet, clean, not far from major city but just what we needed to be away from the business and enjoy some time alone

The Tides Inn was our last night splurge at the end of a two week visit to Newfoundland/Labrador. A bit more expensive than other places we'd stayed, but well worth it. A wonderful place to stay. Great view out over the inlet from the room - all rooms have the view. Robert (co-owner) was so friendly on reception with great local dinner recommendation. Room was well equipped with everything we needed. Breakfast was lovely. Self service but with a good selection - bacon, sausage, eggs, cereals, toast and pastries.
