We were treated with great warmth and care in the Locanda Marco. Personal yet discrete service, comfy cool room with great pillows, wonderful food and wine recommendations and a very special breakfast room and poached egg! Loved the outdoor seating for the evening meal and feel so grateful for having been made to feel so special and welcomed. We’ll be back and we highly recommend!

The setting, décor, furniture and spaciousness was amazing. The set up is very charming and welcoming. We appreciated how clean and comfortable the suite and surrounding areas were. The host was very attentive and responded quickly to all questions. The air conditioning was very good - the large windows and doorways provided spectacular views. Highly recommend for families and couples traveling together.

Located in Bellinzona in the Canton of Ticino region, Bellinzona Piazza Collegiata features a balcony and city views. This apartment is amazing. It was so big with lots of very thoughtful extras, like coffee and basics in the pantry. Not to mention the exquisite location in the centre of the beautiful old village of Bellinzona that is pedestrians only. It was well worth the parking outside the village and walking in with our bags.

The Motel Gottardo Sud can be found 7 minutes from the A2 / E35 highway, south of the Gotthard tunnel. It offers quiet rooms, tasty food, free parking and free Wi-Fi. The motel is situated close to the Gotthard Pass and Gotthard Tunnel. For me it was an ideal place to stop being 7 hours drive from home. The staff were exceptional taking first class care of us. The meals in the restaurant were simple, tasty, and a good size. Exceptional value for money and just right for a tired traveller. The rooms were quiet and facilities (other restaurants, fuel, post office etc all close to hand.

Completely renovated in 2017, the modern Hotel Bellinzona Sud is located in Monte Carasso, right off the A2 highway. It is easy to acces, very quite room, kind staff, we had a comfortable stay
