The staff and local people in the area were amazing, incredibly welcoming and kind. We fell in love with the people of Bintan. The food at the hotel restaurant Azura is really tasty, especially the smoothies. We drank those all day everyday! We also booked a tour from the hotel and it was really nice!

Definetly a worth while experience that made our stay in Bintan a very memorable one! It is also a very relaxing location… also the infinity pool is super nice and the staff is super friendly and ready to help out.

It is more a family hotel; most of the guests came with their kids. Food was good, particularly the buffet option. Their staff was very kind and helpful. The massage facility was excellent.
